We guarantee your satisfaction. You’ll be able to preview your mix online before final delivery.

If you need adjustments, we’ll handle them promptly—often the same day.

Clear communication is key, and we stay in touch with you throughout the entire process.

 

Please note:

You cannot add additional songs after your order is placed unless an extra fee is paid.

Make sure to select all the songs you want included in your mix from the start.

Being specific with your request helps us create exactly what you need—let us know which songs you want, in what order, and at what timestamps.

If needed, we’re happy to help with song suggestions, creative themes, and structure.

Payment

 

Once you’re completely satisfied with your mix, you can make your payment on our Payment Page.

Full payment is required before the final mix is delivered—no exceptions.

After payment is processed, you’ll receive a download link for both MP3 and WAV formats.

We securely process all payments through, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.

Turnaround Time

 

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks (14 days).

You may receive your mix sooner depending on several factors, such as:

  • Responsiveness during the process

  • Complexity of your request

  • Volume of current orders

In some cases—especially during busy periods—you may not receive a preview for 3 to 4 weeks. If that applies to your order, we’ll notify you in advance.

 

 

 

Rush Jobs​

Rush turnaround (within one week or less) is available for an additional fee.

If multiple rush jobs come in at once, they will be completed in the order they are received.

We value communication and promise to stay on top of every request.

All original music, lyrics, arrangements, or media referenced in a mix remain the sole property of their respective copyright holders. This includes, but is not limited to: commercially released music, lyrics, CDs, vinyl records, cassette tapes, and digital files.

All mixes created by MixFormDance.com are intended for use in venues and events covered by valid SESAC, ASCAP, and/or BMI public performance licenses.

Song Requests

Clients must only request songs that are legally available for download through platforms such as iTunes, Amazon Music, or similar authorized sources. We do not and will not download or use audio from unauthorized sources—including YouTube links—under any circumstances.

Payment Disclaimer

All payments made to MixFormDance.com are strictly for audio editing, custom mix production, creative services, sound design, and related studio work. You are not purchasing any copyrighted content—our service does not involve the sale, resale, trade, or distribution of original copyrighted material.

Usage Agreement

​

By purchasing a custom mix from MixFormDance.com, you agree to the following:

  • You will use the mix solely to enhance your live performances or choreography.

  • You will not sell, resell, distribute, or reproduce any portion of the mix.

  • You certify that you already legally own any original song(s) included in your requested mix.
